Today we finished up Letter Cc and Number 4. Then we completed pond week with frogs. Frog Puppet Over in the Meadow It's a Puzzle book Pattern Practice  Lily pad dice game

This morning we worked on our Big C Little c, What begins with Cc book? We continued our pond study with the book Pond Life Look Closer.  What begins with C: Trace, Color, Cut, Paste Lily Pad 1-10 : One to One Correspondance Cut a circle ( new skill) Lily Pad Craft A look at the fish and habitat in our small pond tank Fishing practice: Hand eye coordination 

We started our day at a nearby pond to check out the ducks and geese. Ducks Geese We read two great books Learned that an ugly duckling may be a beautiful swan Paper plate swan Duckies And you can see where this is going

Today we talked about letter Cc and crocodiles. We also studied swamps.  Tracing Cc Pattern Blocks Book Deep in the Swamp is to the tune of Over in the Meadow another pond/counting book we will read this week. We added crocodilians to our pond.
