Operation Christmas Child

As a part of our Social Studies Unit this week Dottie and Addie took their own purses to the store and purchased a shoe box full of gifts for kids across the globe. They included a letter, map, and picture of themselves. It was a great lesson in giving, economics, sociology, geography, math, volume (trying to fit it all in the box, a real challenge) and most of all sharing God's love and blessings!
