This week our new sight words have been the months of the year. Since we are also learning about birthdays, the Calendar's and Jesus's, Dot read and placed month gift tags on the presents and balloons. She then placed them around the tree. She gave Jesus a heart balloon and put him at the top!

As we are learning about the calendar, months, birthdays, and graphing, we made family birthday graphs. We also reas Twelve Hats for Lena, a book about months. Later Dot completed a graph worksheet. This week combines so many themes, I can hardly keep it straight....but everyone knows how I love to see themes comes together. lol This week included the Months as sight words, Birthdays ( ours, Jesus's, the calendar's), and Graphing in Math. I'm not sure how to seperate them so they'll be posted here and there. I'm sure you'll figure out what subject it covers!
